You know the feeling of traffic trauma
only too well, its when all the lights are red lights,
when bumper to bumpering makes every other motorist
look like an enemy and the feeling of being trapped
leads to… Temper – Temper!
Well we’d like to make a few positive suggestions,
to help you simmer down and get home safely.
Think
about winning the lottery, do deep breathing exercises,
sing a snatch of opera, or something more top 40’ish,
or smile at people.
In fact, do anything but don’t
