The range of product available from Burson today is one of our greatest assets. From what started off as a small range of additives over 30 years ago, has now been transformed into one of Australia’s most comprehensive range of automotive parts, accessories and workshop equipment.
Our ever-expanding range includes brand leaders such as Bosch, Hella, Monroe, Ryco, Bendix and Castrol just to name a few.
The ROAQ - locally known as "The Rover Club" - was founded in 1976 to promote the preservation of Rover vehicles and to provide a forum for the exchange of information and assistance among owners, as well as the all important opportunity for regular social gatherings in a fun family atmosphere. Members' vehicles cover a wide range of Rover models, both conventional and four wheel drive.
The Club was formed in 1982 and although originally established with the Australian assembled Ford Capri Mark 1 in mind, the Club caters for all Ford cars with the Capri name. This includes the British Mark 1s, 2s and 3s, the Australian designed and built Ford Capri Convertible, based on the Australian Ford Laser/Mazda 323 of the late 1980s/early 1990s and, the original Classic Capri of the early 1960s!
The AWMN's mission is to encourage more women to become involved in these male-dominated fields, as they are areas where women can, and do, compete on an equal basis if given encouragement and opportunities... and to help increase the power and respect of the many talented and determined women who are already involved.
