The Parkes Swap Meet is hosted by the Parkes Antique Motor Club and is being held on Sunday 19th October 2014 at the Parkes Showgrounds.
This event will cater for veteran, vintage, classic, modern, sports cars and motorcycles. This meet also attracts many stall holders providing a great opportunity to find that hidden treasure.
Gates open at noon on Saturday prior for setting up and then gates opening early Sunday morning for trading. Undercover sites $20, outdoor sites $10. The event is being run in conjunction with the Parkes Car Enthusiast Weekend.

The 55-56-57 Chevrolet Club of Australia present the Camden Car Show on the 19th October 2014 at the Camden Showground with proceeds supporting Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
Gates open 8-3pm, entrants $15, cars in by 11am for trophies.
Classics, customs, old school, street rods, hot rods, bikes and commercials welcome. Live band, DJ, catering, kids rides, trade stalls, raffles and trophies.

The Festival of Elegance Water Wheels Wings is being held on the Gold Coast from October 15-19, 2014.
Over the five days there are a number of events including Concours, Show and Shine, a 5 day Concours of Elegance Tour, Shannons memorabilia auction, fine art of elegance combined with a number of trophies including show champion, champion club display and show and shine categories for cars, bikes and planes.
There will be an awards night on the final evening to celebrate individuals success in the various events.

The Hunter Elvis Festival Show n Shine is presented by Lost in the 50's American Classic Car Museum and is being held on 19th October 2014 at Club Macquarie. Elvis fans rejoice, dust off your ‘Blue Suede Shoes’ because the King is coming to Newcastle with the Hunter Elvis Festival promising to get you ‘All Shook Up’.
While Elvis loved his Cadillac’s and many of his collection carried the Caddy badge, the King owned many other classic cars including Lincolns, Fords, BMW’s, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, MG’s, Stutz, Jeeps, Buicks and Pontiacs to name but a few.
The Elvis ‘Show n Shine’ Car Show will feature classic cars of the rock ‘n’ roll era that are sure to amaze. Mix in the market stalls, rockabilly dance troupes, hipster fashion parades and this is one weekend you don’t want to miss.
