The Ipswich Swap Meet is on the 6th July at the Ipswich North State School, "Downs Street oval" on Downs Street, North Ipswich. This is approximately one and a half kilometers from the centre of Ipswich City.
Bring your classic car, street machine, custom rod or beater. Display spaces limited. Swap sites $5, general admission $2 per looker, pensioner, student or senior card admission $1, accompanied children free.

For those who love Detroit iron, it's enough of an excuse to get out of the shed and celebrate the star and stripes and the motoring genius they've given us.
Featuring a a 200m slalom starting from Hungry corner and eighth mile drags, there's no other event quite like the All American Thanksgiving Day!
During the day there will be Open Cruising and Club Cruising Sessions, so participants can cruise the track along side hundreds of like minded drivers.
All American Independence Day accepts only American built vehicles, of any make, model and modification. However all vehicles will need to be presentable, clean and tidy looking cars.

| Bop and jive your way into the Redland Showgrounds to celebrate two decades of the GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival over a three-day event that will bring back nostalgic scenes of the 1950s.
Join passionate rockabilly and hot rod enthusiasts in a celebration of all things vintage. Setting the scene will be legendary Californian band, The Paladins and Tennessee country king, Jason Lee Wilson – joined on the music bill by over 20 local rockabilly and rock n roll bands.
Cool cars, pinup pageants, lowrider cycles, kustom art shows and workshops, tiki carving, jive dancing, local and international art and vintage markets will also feature at a festival that has earned a reputation as the Southern Hemisphere’s most exciting Kustom Kulture event.
