The 2014 Leyburn Sprints for historic and classic racing cars will be on 23-24 August and again is expected to lure more than 200 drivers and up to 10,000 spectators for time trials on a round-the-houses street course.
On Sunday there is a show n shine and a new event, the Retro Caravan Show-off with individuals and clubs welcome. 15 trophy categories on offer with gates open from 7am. Proceeds from the not-for-profit Sprints benefit local community groups and projects, many of which assist in the event’s preparation and operation.

The Annual Cairns Show Auto Spectacular brought to you by BIG Electrics will once again be held on the 23rd and 24th August.
The Event is not just about smoke and rubber as beautifully restored cars of all makes and models, Hot Rods, Beaut Utes and old classics from across the region will be on display over the two day event.
This year will be fun packed for all ages with events such as Go to Whoa, a Pin Up Competition as well as entertainment for the little ones.
Admission adult $10 per day, 2 Day Pass $17, Concession $6 per day, children 6 - 15 years $6 per day, children under 6 years free. Family (2 Adults, 3 Child) $28 for a 1 day pass.

The Highway 66 Rodders present the 5th annual Campout will be held from 22nd August to 24th August, 2014 at Capricorn Coast. Please come along and we will do our best to make your weekend in Central Queensland an enjoyable one.
Coolwater is located on the banks of the Causeway Lake between Yeppoon and Emu Park which is a 40 minute drive from the city of Rockhampton. Powered and unpowered camping, caravan sites, cabins and units.

| Bop and jive your way into the Redland Showgrounds to celebrate two decades of the GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival over a three-day event that will bring back nostalgic scenes of the 1950s.
Join passionate rockabilly and hot rod enthusiasts in a celebration of all things vintage. Setting the scene will be legendary Californian band, The Paladins and Tennessee country king, Jason Lee Wilson – joined on the music bill by over 20 local rockabilly and rock n roll bands.
Cool cars, pinup pageants, lowrider cycles, kustom art shows and workshops, tiki carving, jive dancing, local and international art and vintage markets will also feature at a festival that has earned a reputation as the Southern Hemisphere’s most exciting Kustom Kulture event.
