The 2015 Leyburn Sprints for historic and classic racing cars will be on 15-16 August, 2015 and again is expected to lure more than 200 drivers and up to 10,000 spectators for time trials on a round-the-houses street course.
The 2015 Historic Leyburn Sprints will be the event's 20th anniversary and we're planning some great celebrations, including a tribute to the late Sir Jack Brabham and an inaugural Legends Dinner, to be attended by some of the best-known personalities in Australian motorsport.
On Sunday there is a show n shine and a new event, the Retro Caravan Show-off with individuals and clubs welcome. 15 trophy categories on offer with gates open from 7am. Proceeds from the not-for-profit Sprints benefit local community groups and projects, many of which assist in the event’s preparation and operation.
