I'm a Sydney theatre producer putting together a film, photography series and live performance for the 17th Biennale of Sydney. We're looking for a

1965 %28or close to%29 FALCON SEDAN THAT IS MATTE DARK GREEN IN COLOUR

to be a set piece for the film and live performance.
The Biennale opens 12th May so we would be using the car around that time.

Do you know where I could borrow or hire a car like this? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!! If you have a car like this and would like to donate your car temporarily for art's sake, please reply! We can credit you in our film and/or negotiate a way to repay you.

A bit about the project:
LAMENT OF THE ARGENTINE MILITARY is based on the Argentina's turbulent past, particularly the close collusion between the Catholic Church and military dictatorships in Argentina. The artists use tango, music theatre and martial formations to present the work. Referring both to tango’s links to conservatism in Argentina and its clandestine beginnings in the brothels of La Boca, the artists draw parallels with the two faces of the Argentine military. In the late 1970's the Argentine military used these vehicles to kidnap 'subversives' and take them to the one of the many detention camps they had set up around the country. People knew to look the other way when they came near.

Biennale of Sydney is a major art event that occurs once every two years. Since 1973, the Biennale of Sydney exhibitions have presented the work of 1355 artists from 82 countries. From the beginning, the Biennale of Sydney has acted as a catalyst for cultural development and discussion. It has created unique opportunities for direct contact between artists, writers, and curators from other countries - as well as collectors and gallery directors - with their counterparts in Australia.

Thanks,
Katy
