Let me give a brief outline of my problem. Five months ago I had my new I20 serviced (initial complementary 1month service) at a westpoint dealership, at which point i was told (quite aggressively) by the counter staff that if i had any "issues" regarding poor service i should tell them IMMEDIATELY because hyundai insists upon only the highest quality customer service so i CANNOT put anything but full marks on their survey (a statement I'm sorry to say, i now find a little ironic). But hey, so far the service was fine.
Later that week though, i realised my log book was not returned with my car, a minor issue easily fixed, right? In the ensuing months though, i've called westpoint over a dozen times. Each time, after being left on hold for ten minutes or so, i'd be told i'd be called back (which i never was), would have my log book sent to me (also never happened), and lastly that I was required to come in, in my own time to pick up a new book , stamped and presented to me immediately (because looking for my original one was much too hard). So in i went - and still no book!
