I was most disapponted that the windscreen installer did not use a seat protector or a paper floor mat. The estimated time was 3 hours but the total job took 5 hours and the car was not left clean. The door sills were left scuffed this vehicle was in concourse condition upon delivery to the workshop and was not treated in a manner befitting my expectations.
