Kempsey Macleay Auto Restorers Club are pleased to present their 20th Hat Head Rally, for cars, utes and trucks over 30 years old. It is being held on 5-7 May, 2017 at the Hat Head Holiday Park.
The weekend starts at 6pm on Friday 5th at the Hat Head Bowling and Recreation Club. Saturday and Sunday mornings the cars are displayed in the area near
the Bowling Club for viewing. We then head off for a run. The cars will be viewed and judged by the public from 12 noon until 2pm. Viewing by the public is free.
Please register early we are limiting entries to 100 vehicles. For more information check out the website.

The Northern Nats is the biggest horsepower filled event in North Queensland over an action packed three days. From power skids to drag racing and a massive $25,000 burnout comp, it’s all here at the Northern Nats from May 5-7, 2017.
Events include show & shine, dyno competition, drag racing, power skids and burnouts, with a total of over $35,000 in prize money to be won. There will also be a band on Saturday night and camping is available for the three days. Entry form, event regulations, spectator prices, event schedule and a site plan can be found on the website.

Naracoorte Swap Meet and Show n Shine

Held annually on the first weekend in May since 1982, the Naracoorte Swap meet is one of the largest country Swap meets. It will be fully catered by local charitable organizations and hosted by the Naracoorte Historical Vehicle Club. It is held on 5-7 May, 2017 at the Naracoorte Showgrounds, Smith Street, Naracoorte.
Indoor and Outdoor sites selling parts for cars, motor bikes and engines, books, magazines, antiques, craft and plants. Show ‘n’ Shine of Veterans, Vintage and Classic cars, as well as Hotrods will be judged from 11am, presentations at 1pm on Saturday. Vintage Tractors and engines displays.
Public Entry: Adults $5, Children under 16 free. Site holders: Indoor $40, Outdoor $25. Trading 7am – 5pm Saturday, 7am – noon Sunday. Site holders may camp on site however they must leave the site clean. Strict noise curfew will be enforced at night. No dogs allowed. Second hand electrical goods must abide by the Australian Standards requiring a safety check by an electrician and have the appropriate sticker attached.
Full catering includes a sit down BBQ breakfast at dawn on both Saturday and Sunday. Exhibitors can enter the area from noon on Friday until 9pm and from 6.30am on Saturday.

| Bop and jive your way into the Redland Showgrounds to celebrate two decades of the GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival over a three-day event that will bring back nostalgic scenes of the 1950s.
Join passionate rockabilly and hot rod enthusiasts in a celebration of all things vintage. Setting the scene will be legendary Californian band, The Paladins and Tennessee country king, Jason Lee Wilson – joined on the music bill by over 20 local rockabilly and rock n roll bands.
Cool cars, pinup pageants, lowrider cycles, kustom art shows and workshops, tiki carving, jive dancing, local and international art and vintage markets will also feature at a festival that has earned a reputation as the Southern Hemisphere’s most exciting Kustom Kulture event.
