The 2014 Cairns Swap Meet Car Bike & Truck show is on at the Cairns Showgrounds on Sunday 10th August 2014. Entrance via Scott Street.
Gates open 6am. Show presentation 1pm. There are no pre registration requirements for show vehicles, just be in by 9.30am.
Swap sites, stationary engines, show cars-vintage to modern, motorcycles, show trucks. Swap site holders can set up on Saturday afternoon and camp over night. Pre registration not required. Just turn up on the day. Camping fees are $6.60 for unpowered and $13 for a powered site.
This show is about participation with some trophies and give aways as usual. Bring along your trailer queens, daily drivers, cars under construction. No club affiliation is required, if you have friends with interesting vehicles bring them along too. No alcohol.

The Street Machine Nationals are back in Wagga on August 9th and 10th at the Wagga Wagga Showgrounds.
The event will feature elite show cars, street car show, hall of horsepower, grass driving events, trade stands, dyno competition, kids rides, swap meet, car club challenge and more.
Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm. Adults $25 per day, $40 weekend. Child under 12 $15 per day, $25 weekend.

Street Machine Supernats are celebrating their 20th anniversary at Sydney Dragway on 9th August 2014. (Rain date is Sunday the next day)
The horsepower party includes 1/4 mile drag racing, go-to-whoa, show n shine, Shannons cruising the track and the main event will be the wild and wicked wheel stand and smoke churning burnout comp's.
This is a strictly a no alcohol event. Limited entries so get in early.

The Berkshire Park Rural Fire Brigade will again be hosting the Berkshire Park Motor Show on Sunday, 10th August 2014. The event, which is the major fundraiser for the volunteer brigade, will be held on the Berkshire Park Oval, Sixth Rd, Berkshire Park.
The show features a show'n'shine car show, live music, children's rides and sausage sizzle. Registration opens 9am, registration closes at 12noon. Entrant cost $10 per vehicle, entry from 7am. Public entry from 9am, spectator entry free.
