The Adelaide Motorsport Festival 2017 will be held from 7th to 10th December. Festival attractions include the Prima Tour, Adelaide Rally and Victoria Park Sprint.
The Prima Tour is open to classic and modern vehicles. Held on Thursday 7th December the Prima Tour leaves Victoria Park for Collingrove Hillclimb adjacent the Barossa Valley via a number of closed road sections of Gorge Road.
The Adelaide Rally is a 3 day event held in the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa and Murray Mallee regions. The event has Touring, Spirit, Challenge and Competition sections.
The Victoria Park Sprint will be held over the weekend of the 9th and 10th of December and is open to open-wheelers, touring cars, sports and racing cars from the 1930s to current, with a focus on pre 1996 models.
The Adelaide Motorsport Festival is designed to attract local, interstate and international competition cars and motorcycles. Both competitors and spectators are encouraged to dress up in period-costume on the Sunday. This will not only help portray an accurate re-creation of motorsport of the past, you might even win a prize for best dressed on the day.

Shannons Rally Sprint is being held on 7th December, 2017 at the Kwinana Motorplex, Ankatell Road, Kwinana Beach.
The Shannons Targa Rallysprint Series is a five round series for Tarmac Rally cars with rounds held between November and March. To enter, all you need is a car that meets all the required safety standards
for brakes, tyres and seat belts. The only additional equipment required is helmets for the driver and co-driver and a fire extinguisher.
At only $200 per entry, it's great motorsport value with 4 runs over the 3.25 km Special Stage. Held mid week on a Thursday night it does not eat into your valuable weekend time.
