The Wellington Vintage Fair and Swap Meet is an annual event which is set to be held on Sunday, March 4th in 2018. The fair is one of the largest and most popular events in Wellington and is increasingly becomming known throughout the nation as one of outstanding quality which attracts vintage vehicles from right across Australia.
Entering the showground on fair day and witnessing the array of vehicles which includes cars, motorboikes, truckst, tractors and steam engines, is an amazing sight for any enthusiast. The swap meet at the Vintage Fair is the best this side of the Blue Mountains with a huge area allocated to swappers' stalls. You will need your walking shoes and a good eye as you explore the treasure trove of old wares, vehicle parts and bric-a-brac.
Swappers $15 site, no pre bookings. One free admission for vehicles on display. Admission adults $10, school children $5. Gates open at 6am, judging 12 noon.

Easy Street Rod & Custom Club INC presents 36th Annual Canton Beach Run is being held on 2nd - 4th March, 2018 at the Canton Beach, New South Wales.
Friday 2nd February
* 3:30-6:00pm - Registrations, goodie bag collection and cruising the park.
* 6:30-8:30pm - Free entrants BBQ dinner.
* 6:30-late - Meet & greet, live entertainment, Raffles.
Saturday 3rd February
* 7:30-9:00am - Free entrants breakfast, BBQ and cereals available.
* 9:00-10:00am - Registrations.
* 10:00am - 12:30pm - Mystery cruise.
* 2:00-6:00pm - Show 'n' Shine at Toukley Village Green.
Dinner vouchers supplied to weekend entrants for local eateries. Live Music, dancing exhibitions, major raffle tickets and CTV night presentation.
7:00-late - Back to conton beach holiday park. Themed Hipple theme dress up, bring your chairs, drinks and tie dye tees for games, music, dancing and competitions.
Sunday 4th February
* 7:30-9:00am - Breakfast and recovery.
* 10-11:30am - Go-slow drag race and other events by the lake.
* Noon - Entrants trophy presentation, lunch and farewells.

The ride to the beach has always been important for surfers and in keeping with this tradition there will be a Surf & Classic Vehicle display during the Australian Longboard Surfing Open.
Car lovers will pack Kingscliff as classic surf vehicle go on show on Sunday the 4th March, 2018. The display will showcase many different varieties of the finest surf vehicles at the Lions Park in Kingscliff from 9:00am.
Entries from previous years have ranged from a V8 Kombi, to old American Woodies, Holden panel vans and the classic old Kombis that have provided transport and accommodation for surfers over the last 50 years. Entry $10.

The Thirlmere Festival of Steam is Australia's largest rail heritage festival and is being held on the 3rd and 4th March 2017 in Thirlmere.
With all the fun of a country fair, the Festival is a fantastic family day out featuring over 170 market stalls, loads of adrenalin pumping amusement rides for teens, interactive kids activities, an animal farm, train rides, face painting, roving entertainment, helicopter joy flights and a large display of vintage steam machinery, classic cars and hot rods!
At 1pm, the village comes alive with the event’s official Street Parade. Featuring bands, floats, performers, classic vehicles and emergency services – the parade always attracts non-stop cheers and waves as it travels around each of our festival streets.
When it all gets too much and you feel the need for a break, grab your favourite carnival food and head to the ever popular live Entertainment Stage. ‘Music In The Park‘ runs from 9.30am – 4pm and features a brilliant line-up of bands, solo artists and outstanding local acts.

We are raising money for Avya Lovatt who at just 11 years of age has a disability called Achondroplasia Short Stature Syndrome and requires multiple surgeries to combat this disability.

The Council of ACT Motor Clubs presents Shannons Wheels 2018 on Sunday 4th March from 10 am to 3 pm at the Queanbeyan Showground in Glebe Avenue.
Come for a walk down motoring memory lane with entry by gold coin donation going to Technical Aid to the Disabled. See the biggest display of veteran, vintage, historic, classic and modified cars, commercials and motor cycles in the ACT.
All vehicle clubs are welcome to put on display and should arrive from 8am. Spectators 10 -3pm.
