Chromefest Will Celebrate Its 10 Year Anniversary In 2018 And Is On From The 26th October To The 28th October.
Chromefest Started With 80 Cars On Display Four Years Ago And Is Now Up To 500 Cars On Display. This Event Is A Tribute To Classic American Autos, Hot Rods And Rock & Roll Over The Three Days. The Atmosphere Is Electrifying With Three Stages Full Of Rock N Roll Music, Dance Floors, Retro Stalls, Fashion Parades, Dance Off Competitions & Miss Pin Up Doll Australia Final.
ChromeFest to date is the biggest event we have on The Entrance calendar which spans over 3 days and continues to grow. This event is held on the fourth full weekend in October each year. Chromefest started with 80 cars on display four years ago and is now up to 500 cars on display. This event is a tribute to classic American autos, hot rods, rock & roll over the three days. The atmosphere is electrifying with three stages full of rock n roll music, dance floors, retro stalls, fashion parades, dance off competitions & Miss Pin Up Doll Australia final. Sunday is the massive show and shine where not only the guys and girls are looking their best but so are the cars.

Come Along And You'll See Cars Used In And Inspired By The Film, Have A Chance To Meet The Actors From The Car Cult Classic And Talk To The People That Worked On The Film's Cars. There Will Be A Range Of Prizes On Offer And Presentations And Awards To Individuals, Cars And Clubs.

A Festival to celebrate the iconic Car Cult Movie.
Last weekend in October 2018.
A collection of Star Cars, Fans and those involved in the Film Production.
Friday: Cruise into Town, informal gathering at the Ailsa Fitzsimmons Cobar Camels Grounds.
Saturday Morning: Cruise to Canbelego where Rebel's Garage Stood.
Saturday Lunch: BBQ Lunch at Drummound Park and Show N Shine. Actors from the Film will be in attendance.
Saturday Arvo: Cruise the Hot Spots around Town that used in the Film.
Saturday Night: Function at the Cobar Golf and Bowling Club. Awards and Presentations. Live Music.
Merchandise will be available over the internet and on the Weekend.
This event is a Charity Fundraiser to build both a World War One Monument and a Miner's Memorial for the people of Cobar. This is purely Volunteers only and non-for-profit. Anyone interested in the event or would like to be involved in any way, shape or form, please don't hesitate to contact us.
