Each month at Coffee N Chrome we have a theme for ‘CNC Central’, a club, or a particular type of car parking in the grounds of Morphettville Racecourse, undercover in the betting ring. Volkswagen’s are no strangers to Coffee N Chrome, they are one of the CNC Collective’s favourites. Often seen rolling in and parking together; Coffee N Chrome loves this display of community spirit.
CNC is extending a special invitation to chrome bumper Volkswagens, no matter the shape, to park together at ‘Coffee N Chrome January’ undercover in the grounds of Morphettville Racecourse. Coffee N Chrome is not a car show, but a social event. Your car does not need to be in show condition to be enjoyed and shared. This is an opportunity to park your air cooled beauties together, and mingle with likeminded enthusiasts.
There is no cost of admission; CNC is a free community event that exisiting to draw the classic automotive enthusiast community together and share our classic steel with the admiring public. CNC will be proud to see Volkswagens gathered undercover at Coffee N Chrome. Entry via Morphett Road; drive through the Morphettville Racecourse carpark through the main gates, down the drive into the centre of CNC Central, and park undercover in the betting ring.

Those that attend Coffee N Chrome appreciate the beauty of automotive art and believe classic vehicles should be ‘driven, not hidden’ Coffee N Chrome is an opportunity for the owners of classic vehicles to take out their cars and bikes and to enjoy the company of family, friends and fellow motor enthusiasts.
At Coffee N Chrome there are no prizes, no rewards - those that attend CNC are not members of a 'CNC club', they attend because they want to. The cars and bikes at CNC are being shared, not judged. Original & resto, street machines & race vehicles, rods, rats, custom and show, Aussie, US, Jap, Euro and British steel, bikes with chrome and café racers; all pre 1980, ‘steel bumper era’ classics welcome.
Parking for pre 1980’s Classic Steel only:-
* Morphettville Junction carpark (Anzac Highway), and Morphettville Racecourse (Morphett Road) carparks.
Spectator parking:-
* Tram depot, immediately adjacent Morphettville Racecourse, Morphett Road.
