Sandown Race Course - Springvale
Calling all fellow car and track day enthusiasts! Do you have a car that you love to try out on a race track without the fear of being fined for speeding or losing your license on public roads? If so the this might be opportunity you're waiting for. If you are new to motor sport and want to try your road registered car in safety and at a pace you're comfortable with give Come & Try a go. If you want more of a challenge racing against the clock and possess a current CAMS L2S Speed / non speed license then then the Sprint component may appeal to you.
As a condition of entry you're car must pass a scrutineering check to ensure it's safe and complies with CAMS regulations as well as having a CAMS / Australian standards approved race helmet i.e. AS1698 (available from AMX sports and other good motor cycle sports stores). Everything is detailed in attached supp reg document. There are still plenty of spots left however please have your entries in before midnight Tuesday the 19th of September for planning and catering purposes.
