Lakeside Park at Queensland Raceway
This event is a 30-minute total track session for you in your own street driven & registered cars which includes a hot breakfast for the drivers, Children over 5 welcome. All children must be in a child/booster seat as per normal road rules. It is held at Queensland Raceway approximately every 8 weeks from 8.30am and finishes at 9:00am. It gives drivers a chance to let off a bit of steam in an environment much safer than the streets. This is not a race event in fact a cruise session for the whole family but giving us the place to put the pedal down. We’ve had some of the toughest street cars in QLD hit the track drawing out a good crowd of spectators which are FREE!
This is the perfect time to ENJOY all your cars horsepower in a safe and controlled manner. The track has plenty of room where you can line up your mates or cars you just want to have a go with and see really who has what under the hood. From rotaries and Naturally aspirated 4 Cylinders to Twin Big Blocks this event has it all. It's all about getting out there and putting your car through the gears and keeping it on the track while having a great time with like-minded people.
The track does have a speed limit of 140km per hour but you will find between the markers on the straights this is plenty. Lots of fun in a safe environment.
Open to all makes and models - No motorbikes. Hot Breakfast Followed by 30 minutes track session.

We do offer Discounted group bookings for clubs and car groups. Contact us for pricing Non-drivers breakfast is available for $15 on the day at the track cafe
RULES: * No drifting, no stopping, no smoke (ie giant skids) * STRICTLY ONLY STREET REGISTERED CARS - MUST HAVE PLATES * No cars on trailers to be brought into QR *NO Rollcages unless factory fitted *All cars will be inspected by Torque Time Staff
YOU MUST OBTAIN A RACERS “CLUBMAN” LICENCE FOR ALL BREAKY & LAPS EVENTS . Go to https://racers.world/login to register a Queensland Raceways account. $20 per day or $65 per year. Can also be purchased from the Circuit office on the day of the event.
