South West Street Rodders are holding the Port Fairy Rod Run on the 12th to 14th January 2018.
FRIDAY 12TH EARLY REGO
From 6.30pm Registration 6.30 - 8.00pm, bench session, sausage sizzle, Happy hour 7.00 - 8.00pm (BYO after 8.00pm), At the Basketball Stadium, Happy hour 6:30 onwards
SATURDAY 13TH
9.30 - 11.30am Registration, Basketball Stadium, 12.00-1.30pm Lunch provided at Basketball Stadium, Remainder of the afternoon for sightseeing (free time), 1:30pm Optional cruise to Warrnambool, 6.00-10.00pm Cruise Night - Along designated route. Band on Fiddler’s Green with a stage for Dancing,
Adjoining hall for a chat and quiet drink, (no alcohol outside), Spot Prize’s give out during cruise
Meals available at Local Eateries at own cost.
SUNDAY 14TH
10.00am - 1.00pm Show n Shine and live band at Southcombe Park Oval. BBQ lunch provided. 1.00pm Trophy presentation and Thank yous.
