Rock and Roll Rendezvous

The Rock and Roll Rendezvous will be held on 12 April, 2015 at the National Motor Museum, Shannon Street, Birdwood. The Rendezvous in now an institution for fans of the 50s and 60s, having started back in 1991. Jive back in time to the sounds of the best Rock & Roll bands around. This annual event is also for cars and bikes manufactured before 1980. Vehicle category prizes will be awarded.

A day of fins, chrome, bobby socks, beehives and live rock and roll music and dance. The whole family will enjoy the carnival atmosphere including dance demonstrations and competition, kids rides, fashions and food and drink reminiscent of the era provided by local community groups.

This year the event will be held on Sunday 12 April and features special guests 'Elvis' & 'Roy' performing 'In Dreams'.
