As part of the Surfing the Coldstream Festival there is a Kombi Konvoy and People's Choice Contest on Saturday 15 October in Yamba NSW.
$10 registration fee per Kombi. The registration fee helps us organise a full day of activities for our beloved Kombi owners, and also goes towards making this free music and cultural festival possible. Kombi participants get a big bundle of bonuses and discounts as a thank you for being part of the festival.
Registering to be part of the Kombi Show & Shine includes Kombi Breakfast. Come and enjoy a discounted breakfast in Yamba at participating cafes, while you are entertained by buskers and artists in the streets as the festival starts up from 8am. A complimentary lunch (one per registration) and 20 minute convoy along the beautiful Clarence River into Maclean at 12:30pm to the Maclean Hotel.
You can then participate in the official Kombi Konvoy at 3pm around some of Yamba's best beaches and up to the festival site where we have dedicated parking just for the Kombi owners so you can enjoy the show in comfort.
While you enjoy the festivities, or show off your bus, festival-goers can enjoy and vote for their favourite Kombi. Kicks off at 4pm, Clarence Street on-site 'Kombi Gallery'.
