Along with our event partners, the South East Street Machines, we invite you come and join in on the celebrations of the running of the Mount Gambier Autofest & the 38th Show N Shine on the Australia Day Weekend i.e. from 22nd to 24th January, 2016.
The Autofest events are about admiring the best cars in the country with family and friends in an alcohol free environment.
Spectators to the event will witness some of the most powerful cars compete side by side in events such as: ‘Go-To-Whoa’ – fast paced action where timed vehicles compete over 140 metres and must stop on a designated point; Autokana – fast paced obstacle course action, set against the clock.
Show ‘N’ Shine – competitors show their restoration expertise and the beauty of their cars; Dyno Challenge – see cars go through their gears in a stationary position on the dyno machine; Burnout Competition – everyone’s favourite event with its fast and furious action, a absolute must to see!

The Mount Gambier Veteran & Vintage Car Club invite fellow enthusiasts to come along and enjoy a weekend of Food, Fun and Fellowship, to be held on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th January 2016 at Mount Gambier.
A range of activities are planned including dropping in on the the Mount Gambier Autofest, a visit to the Nelson Aeroplane Company, Beachport for lunch and we will be entertained with live music, presentations and raffle prizes over dinner at the RSL Bowling Club.
