	Have created a bigger and more expensive problem ! Had an issue with our 1975 kombi when passing through Esperence and called ahead to see if they could fix the problem. When arriving the mechanics seemed more interested in checking out our classic vehicle than actually listening to my partner (who is a mechanic) who explained the problem and how to fix it. As we were traveling we did not have the special equipment needed to fix the problem ourselves had to take it to a mechanics. Luckily we had made it as far as Geelong in Victoria when we broke down. Upon further investigation we found that they had stripped the thread in one of the spark plug holes and tried covering it up with a helicoil. This has now blown a hole in the right hand side head and is now costing us thousand of dollars to fix. Have tried talking to them over the phone but have they just denied denied denied and would not listen! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL !!!

	Dont waste your time and money with these consistent revenue raisers out to bleed your wallet dry!!!! Lack of attention to detail is dangerous and disgusting lack of customer service is prevelant!!!!
