Rude, arrogant, deceitful and unreliable! They will not refund even for faulty motor parts they sell!! Avoid at all costs!!
Bought part which turned out to be faulty. Have dealt with the owner on multiple ocassions who keeps insisting getting a refund won't be a problem. Nearly 2 months later, same BS story from the owner Bill Russo, and still no refund!! He even wanted the part returned, at my expense. Cheeky pr**k! Then said he would organise a courier (at their expense), like the refund, just another deceitful lie! He was rude, arrogant and even told me not to give him attitude - because I was diplomatic with him whilst chasing refund from him.
