I needed 2 new side mirrors on my Merc. All other MB mechanics in Canberra either wouldn’t help, or wanted to charge me more than what the car is worth to replace them. Vic was so friendly and easy to deal with, sourced the mirrors I need at a good price. Even though I just went there for mirrors, he put my car on the hoist and showed me other repairs he advises. Great customer service. I wish I’d found him sooner

Initially found this place due to needing some parts for my BMWs, then got hooked on getting my cars repaired by these guys. What got me coming back was (and still is) the jobs well done and customer service. Friendly and approachable people, have known them long enough to say that they don't mess around and get it done right. Especially Vic. They're not the cheapest, but they don't take advantage and look after you, making sure the jobs are done proper.
If you have an older BMW which needs some care, drop in and talk to Vic. Respect, honesty and loyalty. Always remember these three when entering the shop.

My Mercedes A250 had been quite beaten up when I took it to Capital Euro Parts. I spoke with Vic who had a look at it and we arranged a time to book it in. Prior to bringing it in, Vic had already ordered some of the required parts. As the damage was quite extensive, Vic kept me updated on the progress. I had already gotten Mercedes in Sydney to do a full damage report, so I already knew what needed to be fixed. After I got the car back, the Car looked like it was brand new. They even replaced my front tires with the Pilot Sport 4 I had switched out specifically.
After driving the car for two weeks now, it is running better than it has for at least 4 years now. Mercedes quoted me $10,000 and Capital Euro managed to get it under that which I know would not have been an easy task.
My front sensor, left headlight and bumper were smashed up due to a T-bone. Not only did it look like new, all the electronics worked. Couldn't be happier.

I would hardly call this place the leading European wrecker in Canberra even as a joke at a BBQ. I was quoted near the retail of NEW parts but for second hand parts at this place. It smelt like there was somebody smoking cannabis out the back from the look of how the inside of this place looked and the smell of cannabis I just wanted to leave it was a very dodgy looking place.
