I found this old girl in a boneyard in the back of my property, she's an AMI Rebel 770 which has 290ci V8, 4barrel Typhoon carby with auto transmission! The old girl is not in the best of shape, her arse end has rusted out but the left opening rear door is still there. Door sills are rusted out,she is missing all her seats, even the back facing ones. Her dash, grille, lights & rear windows are smashed plus all her badges have been removed, apart from the Rebel on the glovebox & 770 on the fenders! My question is:- " Is it worth bringing the old girl back to life or just leaving her as she is, cause being a rare piece of gear here in Oz the old girl is probably still a feasible project, but in America where they originated from, there are probably a few still in pristine condition, worth a few thousand bucks, so whats the verdict, to restore or not to restore?" Looking forward to the verdict! Yours in Motoring, Greg
