Photo submitted by Mark Stevens Had the car 15 years. Replaced the 1100cc engine (dead) with a 1275 bored to 1380cc, full back to steel respray with sills re-welded with silicon bronze as this model had rusting issues. Custom carpeted, new roof liner, rear window Venetian blind, new battery, radiator & hoses, coil, filter cover / radiator overflow tank & tappet cover chromed. Replaced all plastic window & door handles with chromed steel, refurbished dash board. New rack & pinion steering unit, new badging & chrome strips. Replaced suspension bags with refurbished units (very hard to find). Larger booster & brakes due to the heavier engine. Currently converting the distributor to electronic & refurbishing the SU Darby. Can you please advise if the fluid suspension can be converted to air or gas??? Thanks for the opportunity to post the pictures & glossary. Regards Mark Stevens.
