Photo submitted by Webbo Originally purchased as a parts car in 2015.. I paid 1k & drove it home. It had a engine miss at 1500rpm. All the ignition was new. Previous owners had spent a fortune, on trying to fix the issue with new parts. Apart from that flat spot...i Couldn't believe how great it drove. I fixed a heap of vacuum leaks and tightened the insanely loose rocker cover on drivers side. Never missed a beat from then on. Paints rough & it has 360,000k's+ on the clock but I just love it. Its my favourite car to run around in. Can't beat the old iron lions roar! It's actually really good on fuel unless your in stop/ start traffic or in town. Says it's getting 7L per 100km on the dash cruising along the open road at 100km/h. I Plan on giving it a respray at some stage. It has so much traction with Irs rear end compared to the VN set up. I also own a few VNs its a completely different car to drive. Much safer in the wet. Irs grips & rides great. Flip down mirrors in the rear are cool. Not to mention all the other gadgets. She's a good looking old bus. Always turns heads even in its rough old paint peeling state-of crappy caprice. It's a beast. Haven't spent bugger all on. Just oil changes and fuel. She loves it
