Photo submitted by Robert Billiards Bought it in 1993 as an ex rally car in reasonable condition and still the original body and engine. managed to pick up two R1135 1296 CC engines and swapped out the 1100 when I restored the car in 2011. A very rare model in Australia as there were only about 30 imported by Renault Australia. I have another ready for restoration and another friend in the area has 2 complete R1134's for restoration and a donor rusted one and a restored R1135. I really enjoy the Gordini, especially with the extra power from the later model engine.
