A low-milage Volga Estate, born in Gorky, moved to Romania, immigrated to the Seattle in the United States. It's a rare privately-owned 24-02, or a "Universal." What it lacks in cup holders it makes up for in exposed screw heads on the seat and other luxury features, like steel plates that can be seen in the interior. Everything on it works which I find hysterical.
