    Proudly hosted by The Shire of Northam the 2010 Flying 50 is action packed with historic and modern motor competition and car displays all weekend plus a Free Family Fun Day in the main street on Sunday. With so much to see and do, Northam is the place to be on the weekend of the 27th and 28th March 2010!

    Conducted by the Vintage Sports Car Club of WA the weekend kicks off at 10.00 am on Saturday at the fast and exciting Mt Ommanney Hill Climb a Smoke Free event with single cars racing up the hill.

    In the afternoon in Minson Ave you can watch an autokhana with cars flying around witches hats, then a concert in Bernard Park.

    Sunday sees the streets transformed for the “around the houses” regularity competitions, the Northam Flying 50 a Smoke Free event, 24 events featuring over 100 historic and classic racing and sports cars, starting at 10.00 am and winding up at 4.30 pm.
     
    Northam offers a range of affordable accommodation from Bed and Breakfasts, charming old Pubs and Hotels, a caravan park and a motel, all of which make the perfect base to explore Northam and the wider Avon Valley.
