The Great Lakes Historic Automobile Club Inc. presents Motorfest 2013. This fabulous event is on again and is part of the Baby Boomers Bash Festival. In 2013 the show will amalgamate with a huge truck show with proceeds of the truck show going to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. Some 70 trucks are expected.
The event is open to all forms of motorised transport - vintage, veteran, classic, street machines, rods, commercials and bikes are welcome. To encourage young people to attend with their wheels there will be a special award for the vehicle with the best sound system. Entry for all light vehicles will be free with a donation of $15 from truck entrants. Spectators are free.

Burnouts start at 10am and there is also a Show & Shine.
Admission $25 per adult, $15 kids with under 12 free.
Entrants $130 early bird entry (before 1st June ), $170 entry on the day, $50 Show & Shine.

The 2nd annual Cameron Burke Memorial Hot Rod, Custom, Car and Bike Show is on the Sunday 9th June 2013 and is being held at the Springwood Country Club.
Custom bikes, cars and hot rods welcome.
Entrants from 8am, gates open to public from 9am. $5 entry per vehicle (goody bag included), gold coin donation on entry for general public.
Raffles, sausage sizzle, bistro, club food and drink, jumping castle, face painting, live music.

Henry Lawson Festival Car Show

The Car Show is held on Sunday of the festival in lower Main Street although car enthusiasts are encouraged to attend on Saturday and enter their vehicle in the procession.
The car show is held by the Grenfell Car Club in conjunction with the Henry Lawson Festival.
There are a variety of classes and prizes are awarded in each.
This is a terrific opportunity to observe some rare and much loved vehicles which are not normally on display in such an accessible location.
