Sapphire Coast Rock n Rodders Dance Festival

Sapphire Coast Rock 'n' Roll was formed to conduct the Annual Rock ‘n’ Rodder’s Dance Festival each year on the Far South Coast of NSW and is being held on 8-11 March, 2018 at the Club Sapphire, 119 Main street, Merimbula, New South Wales.
The event is centred around fabulous Merimbula which is host to the main events focussing on 50's dancing, memorabilia and hot rodding. Open to pre 49 hotrods and pre 69 customs and classics.
Thursday Night (8th March)
- Social dancing and lessons (Free) with DJ Antony.
Friday Night (9th March)
Meet and Greet Dance - $15.00 – (Payable at door). Shadoogie and Guests (Free for Weekend Ticket Holders). Club Sapphire Auditorium: 8.00pm – 11.30pm. Doors open: 7.30pm.
Saturday (10th March)
Dance Workshops - $5.00 Payable at doors (Free for Weekend Ticket holders). Club Sapphire Upstairs Sapphire Room: 2.00pm – 3.30pm (Basic). Club Sapphire Auditorium: 2.00pm – 3.30pm (Advanced).
Main Dance - $25.00 (Payable at Door) - Doors open: 7.00pm. Includes 50’s Clothing, shoes and accessories stall in Auditorium. Shadoogie, No Brakes, The Fender Benders, Special Guests & DJ Antony……………..The Fender Benders (Upstairs Lounge). Club Sapphire Auditorium: 8.00pm – 12.00pm. Sapphire Room (Upstairs): 8.00pm – 11.30pm.
Sunday (11th March)
* DJ Antony in the outdoor Rock Pool from 12.30 – 3.30pm.
* Farewell Dinner Dance – (Subject To Availability).
Club Sapphire Auditorium: 6.00pm – 11.00pm. Shadoogie and The Fender Benders. Doors open: 6.00pm – Seated by 6.30pm LATEST.
Rod & Custom Show and Shine & other weekend activities:
Saturday (10th March) -- Lunch cruise - Assemble at Club Sapphire Car Park for departure at 11.00am sharp – (Lunch at own cost.)
Sunday (11th March) -- Club Sapphire Car Park at 11.00am assembly of Hotrods & Customs for Show & Shine. Trophy presentations at approx. 1.00pm.
Sunday (11th March) – Merimbula “EAT FEST” Food festival from 10.00am – 4.00pm On Fish Pen Drive – Across the bridge along the edge of the lake.
Pambula Market – Pambula Soccer Oval – From 8.00am. Weekend tickets are $95. ASRF Sanction No. S18/15.
