First Sunday in August Annually is home to Australia's Largest Display of Holdens. There will be lots of activities for the whole family throughout the day. Including swap meet, trade stands, food stands, drinks, ice creams, and featuring those fantastic Holdens. The NSW All Holden Day entry is open to all Holden Badged Vehicles (when new). The All Holden Day will be held on the first sunday in August. There is a 2 day swap meet held on both Saturday and Sunday from 6am.
The Display Day for Original and customised Holdens will be proudly displayed from first to current models on the Sunday from 9am. So enter your Holden sedan, ute, wagon, van, 1 tonner, be it stock or modified it doesn’t matter, enter now and be part of this great day.
Spectator Admission: $5 Adults. Kids Under 15 Years Free.
To enter your Holden, go to the online entry form page. (Complete, submit and pay online to finish your entry) as we have sold out of Display Car enrty spots before the event date over the last few years - THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY!
Display Cars can enter the event from 6am Sunday via Gate 4.
We also wish to inform you of the passing of Stephen Short 1954 - 2019. Stephen's served as President, Committee Member and Loyal Club Helper for 20+ years.
GT-R Festival 2019

We are proud to announce that after another successful GT-R Festival in 2018, the event will be returning to Sydney Dragway in 2019.
It is an event celebrating all things GT-R. Old school, R32, R33, R34 and R35 models all welcome to display and race. Activities will include drag racing, display ares for each model with multiple show and shine categories and trophies, GT-R heritage display, trade stands, motorkhana, Motive DVD GT-R Showcase, Ultimate GT-R Competition and more!

DRAG RACING We will have 12 different categories to make for some competitive and great racing. Racing starts at 1pm so that crowds can enjoy the activities in the pits in the morning and racing in the afternoon. Drag racing competitors will park either in workshop allocated space in the pits, or, in display areas alongside display cars. Once racing starts an area will be allocated as pits for people to use.
Each category will be allocated a staging lane and the track will operate as a test and tune. This means you will get plenty of track time. The winners or each category are determined simply by your best ET of the day.
Please note that all drag racing is done under IHRA regulations and we have a maximum limit of 150 competitors. Entries are on a first come, first served basis. More information on safety gear and what to expect when you go drag racing can be found here: http://www.sydneydragway.com.au/faqs/

DISPLAY - SHOW & SHINE - CLUB DISPLAYS
The aim of the GT-R Festival is to bring as many GT-Rs as possible from around Australia together to celebrate everything GT-R. We will have an area for each model of GT-R to be displayed and there will be multiple show and shine categories with trophies awarded also.

We will also have a "Nismo" area for non GT-Rs to display inside the venue as well.
DRIVING EVENTS As well as display and drag racing, we are also organising a tarmac rally style khanacross for some fun driving events at the GT-R Festival. Anyone can enter. You simply pay an extra fee at the sign-on area to the driving arena. There are four 90-minute sessions with room for 15 cars in each. The cost is $50 per session and you can book as many as you like and simply sign on at the accreditation tent by the event start line.
Being a Khanacross, a helmet is required for both driver and passenger and you must have a fire extinguisher bolted into the car. If you do not have these items we can assist you on the day. Your car must also pass a basic safety inspection. It is a non speed event and if you don't have a CAMS license you can buy one on the day for $25 when you sign on..
TRADE STANDS The GT-R Festival is a great place to showcase your GT-R rated products directly to your target audience. Trade stand spaces are competitively priced. To download a trade stand order form head to the website.
SPECTATORS Spectator gates open at 9am and there is parking inside the venue Spectators can enter earlier if they arrive with an entrant.

So the peeps at Nelligen have decided to have a Car & Bike show on saturday the 3RD OF AUGUST. The show will start at the "OLD STEAMPACKET HOTEL", on the Clyde River Waterfront. After the show we plan on cruising to The Steam Packet Hotel for presentation, live music for the afternoon and evening.
B.A.D CAR CLUB are happy to be able to be involved in this event and contribute to the community of Nelligen. More deets to follow in the coming week. There is accommodation at the Big 4 Caravan Park @ Nelligen. We will have three amazing bands playing LIVE. First will be CHAD, then Totum and finish off with Spindrift Saga
