Cars And Coffee And Charity Cruise
Mount Gambier, South Australia
Plan to meet at 8am at the old bunnings car park for a car meet followed by a car cruise at 10am and finish the day with a BBQ lunch maybe down at the Valley Lakes. Details may change - please keep an eye on https://www.facebook.com/events/1761845650598033/
There will be a small cover charge of $5 for a single person car or bike or $10 per car and as many people you can legally fit in it. The BBQ will be sausages only at a cost of $2 each. The charity i have chosen for this will be something to benefit our countries farmers who have been badly hit by drought. To maximise what we can raise for them we will need some help from the public with donations to help with the following:
•Meat, Bread, Sauce and maybe cans of drink for the bbq.. •Design, making and printing of advertising flyers and stickers for the cars. •Peoples time to help make the day run smoothly.
If you know of anyone or a business who will be willing to help with the above please inbox the page.
Also if you know of or have a coffee van business who can come down for the morning meet i would like to have one there too. Obviously they are running a business so what ever they make will be for them. I also hope to include Mt Gambiers 3 Major car yards (OG Roberts, Carlin and Gazzard and The Barry Maney Group) to hopefully bring a couple of their "unique" cars to display at the meet and or go on the cruise.
