15th Annual Historic Leyburn Sprints Around the Houses will take place at Leyburn, Southern Downs Regional Council, Queensland on 21-22 August, 2010.

Leyburn’s population of around 300 grows over this exciting weekend to more than 15,000 fans and competitors, who enjoy a true country atmosphere.

Competitors every year come from far and wide and represent an enormous diversity of motoring interests, united by the fun, camaraderie and love of grass-roots motorsport to be enjoyed at the Leyburn Sprints.

Amongst the action are markets, camping, and food galore - It’s a great day out for the whole family!!

The track has been re configured to the original start position so that vehicles will finish at last years start line. We will have electronic timing allowing for additional cars to be on the track at the same - adding to the action!

Tickets : Tickets are available at the gate during the event.Adult: $15 per day or $25 for Weekend Pass, Children: Free under 14 (School ID required)

Food and Drinks : Food and drinks are available during the event, this includes food prepared by local community organisations and counter meals are available from the Leyburn Hotel. A fully licensed bar is also located in the event area near the track for easy viewing of the race.
