Slowlife | Melbourne Edition (Automotive Meet & Greet)
The District Docklands Shopping Precinct
Docklands Dr, Docklands, Victoria 3008

South Australian motoring lifestyle, events and media specialists Slowlife present their first ever Melbourne event!

The SL team is travelling to Victoria in February 2019 to meet the local car community, and capture some top-notch media of the whole weekend with our resident photographers Rapture Media, Gorecki Photography and SebastianAxyl Photography, and film the experience with SA's automotive film mastermind YV Media.

We want to meet the Melbourne car community and see some of the amazing rides we've seen on the internet, and we'd love to show you some of our cars that we've brought over from SA, too. To do this; we're hosting a meet and greet on the rooftop of The District Docklands Shopping Precinct parking facilities from 7pm on Friday the 8th of February until 10pm! This will be a great opportunity to meet us, our crew, and see our cars. We'd also love to see yours and talk to you about them too, so come and join us for an evening of rooftop hangs beneath the Melbourne Star (we've always wanted to go here)!

***Car parking at The District Docklands is a FLAT RATE OF $10 on the evening!***

This is a legitimate, authorised event, and we have worked with centre management, the Melbourne City Council and VICPOL to ensure that we go about things the right way. Slowlife has always worked harmoniously with venue management, local government and the relevant authorities to ensure that our events are held to a high standard, and to ensure that we enforce a ZERO tolerance for any excessive noise, burnouts, irresponsible driving behaviour or general hooning. We want to ensure that the parking facilities are left in the same condition of which we found them, and we don't want anybody getting any fines, either. PLEASE consider everybody else when driving your car and don't do anything irresponsible, as we don't tolerate it whatsoever. We have worked alongside Highway Patrol to ensure that any hooning behaviour will be detected and enforced accordingly. We can promise a great evening of good company and great conversation, but we will NOT tolerate irresponsible behaviour, as that isn't what we're about. We have to personally pay for any damage or cleaning of the venue, and we're trusting you not to burden us with this in return for us organising this event for you. We're sure that you understand, and we're really excited to meet you!

We look forward to seeing you on the 8th of February, Melbourne. We'll keep you updated with our journey from Adelaide along the way, and let you know with any further details leading up to the event!
