The 2017 Leyburn Sprints for historic and classic racing cars will be on 19-20 August at the Leyburn, Darling Downs, Queensland and again is expected to lure more than 200 drivers and up to 10,000 spectators for time trials on a round-the-houses street course.
The 2017 Historic Leyburn Sprints will be the event's 22nd anniversary and we're planning some great celebrations.
On Sunday there is a show n shine and a new event, the Retro Caravan Show-off with individuals and clubs welcome. 15 trophy categories on offer with gates open from 7am. Proceeds from the not-for-profit Sprints benefit local community groups and projects, many of which assist in the event’s preparation and operation.

Twilight Cruise on Friday, 18th August, High School Hop from 7pm Saturday 19th, and PCYC Nambour Motoring Jamboree on Sunday 20th August. Application forms for Retro Rocks Nambour and for the PCYC Nambour RSL Motoring Jamboree are available.

Cap Coast Campout is being held on 18-20 August, 2017 at the Coolwaters Holiday Village, 760 Scenic Highway, Kinka Beachcapricorn Coast.
The Highway 66 Rodders present the 8th annual Campout which will be held on the Capricorn Coast at Coolwaters Holiday Village. Please come along and we will do our best to make your weekend in Central Queensland an enjoyable one.
Coolwater is located on the banks of the Causeway Lake between Yeppoon and Emu Park which is a 40 minute drive from the city of Rockhampton. Powered and unpowered camping, caravan sites, cabins and units.
ASRF sanctioned event SA 123-01-2017. Entry forms available on website closer to the date.

| Bop and jive your way into the Redland Showgrounds to celebrate two decades of the GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival over a three-day event that will bring back nostalgic scenes of the 1950s.
Join passionate rockabilly and hot rod enthusiasts in a celebration of all things vintage. Setting the scene will be legendary Californian band, The Paladins and Tennessee country king, Jason Lee Wilson – joined on the music bill by over 20 local rockabilly and rock n roll bands.
Cool cars, pinup pageants, lowrider cycles, kustom art shows and workshops, tiki carving, jive dancing, local and international art and vintage markets will also feature at a festival that has earned a reputation as the Southern Hemisphere’s most exciting Kustom Kulture event.
